4. Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by the law of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disagreement arising under this Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of New York in accordance with the rules then in effect of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon any award in such arbitration may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

The Internet is an evolving medium. WhenU.com, Inc. may change the terms of this Agreement from time to time. Each time you use Price Bandit, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement as modified. WhenU.com, Inc. may change, restrict access to, suspend, or discontinue this service, or any portion of this service, at any time.

BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT.
