NEW YORK, NY - June 13, 2006 - Behavioral targeting company WhenU has tapped interactive marketing executive Joanna Bolles as vice president of corporate marketing. Reporting to CEO Bill Day, Bolles will lead all corporate communications, marketing and branding programs for the Company. She facilitated the merger of five companies and launched the resulting V12 group brand, including the development of lead generation campaigns for each business unit and overall corporate strategy, messaging and communications. Prior to V12, Bolles was director of marketing at Boston-based interactive media firm Dotomi, Inc., where she focused on brand affinity marketing, online customer retention and best practices for consumer privacy communications. In addition to the interactive and direct marketing spaces, Bolles has held director of marketing roles at technology services-based companies, including E5 Systems and Breakaway Solutions.
