To Uninstall WhenU
Below are simple, step-by-step instructions to guide you through the uninstall process for each WhenU product. WhenU believes strongly in the importance of software companies providing clear and easy to follow instructions to uninstall any of our products.

To uninstall Save:
- To uninstall Save from your desktop, you will be required to uninstall all of the software that is supported by our Save advertising software.
- To see what Save supported software you have downloaded, click on the "?" in the corner of any Save coupons, offers, or ads that you see while surfing the Internet, or click on the "More..." link at the bottom of. Uninstalling all of the supported software should remove Save entirely from your system.
- If you are experiencing any difficulties with this uninstall process, you can also find a manual uninstaller in c:/program files/save. Double click on the saveuninst file and follow the prompts for removal of the software.

To uninstall SaveNow:
- Click on the Start Menu button
- Click on the Settings option
- Click on the Control Panel option
- Double click on Add/Remove Programs
- Choose Add/Remove Programs
- Select SaveNow from the list of programs
- Click on Add/Remove
- Click on OK
- If you do not see SaveNow in your add/remove programs list, and you are still seeing advertisements from WhenU, then they are likely branded as Save, and you have the Save software. Please refer to the instructions to remove Save listed below.
- Please be aware that the use of Save is mandatory to support certain types of free software that you have downloaded. To uninstall Save from your desktop, you will be required to uninstall all of the Save supported software you have downloaded.

To uninstall SearchBar:
- Click on the Start Menu button
- Click on the Settings option
- Click on the Control Panel option
- Double click on Add/Remove Programs
- Select SearchBar [WhenUSearch], or the name displayed on the left position of your desktop toolbar [e.g. SearchBar, WhenU CrunchGames Toolbar], from the list of programs
- Click on the Add/Remove button
- Follow the uninstall directions to complete the uninstall process

- Click on the Start Menu button
- Click on the Settings option
- Click on the Control Panel option
- Double click on Add/Remove Programs
- Select WeatherCast from the list of programs
- Click on the Add/Remove button
- Follow the uninstall directions to complete the uninstall process
